3. Payments
Payment must be made as outlined in your invoice.
Work begins after the first payment (deposit).
Final payment is required before the website is delivered or launched.
Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary based on project requirements.
4. Revisions
Each plan includes a limited number of revisions (as stated on the pricing page).
A revision means changes within the agreed scope.
Adding new pages, features, or functionalities is not included in revisions and will be billed as extra.
5. Project Timeline
Delivery time depends on the project size and client responsiveness. Delays in providing content (text, images, info) may extend the timeline.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, text, and images before work begins. Neturify is not responsible for copyright violations from client-provided content.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final website design is owned by the client.
We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party tools (hosting, CMS, analytics).
We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by these tools.
9. Termination
Neturify may terminate a project if:
The client is unresponsive for more than 14 days.
The client violates the terms.
Payments already made are non-refundable unless stated in the Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business opportunities.
Website downtime caused by hosting providers, server issues, or third-party services.
Security breaches or hacks that occur outside the support or maintenance period, including outdated plugins, unmaintained CMS versions, or third-party tools not managed by us.
Issues resulting from client modifications made after project delivery.
Problems caused by services not provided directly by Neturify (domains, hosting, external integrations, etc.).
11. Warranty / Guarantee Clause
Neturify Web guarantees that the websites and services we deliver will be free from critical bugs or major technical issues for 30 days after delivery. During this period, we will fix any functional errors or issues caused by our work at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:
Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting providers, or integrations
Changes made by the client or third parties after delivery
Problems arising from server downtime or external services
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
