All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve project time and initial work.
Refunds may be issued only if:
No work has started yet
The client cancels within 24 hours of payment
Once design or development has started, refunds are not possible.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by:
Client unresponsiveness
Late delivery of content
Third-party issues (hosting, platforms)
If the client is not satisfied with the design, we will use all included revisions to improve the project. Refunds are not available based on subjective dissatisfaction after work is delivered.
No refunds are issued for interruptions caused by third-party services (hosting, CMS, plugins).
